Kareem Studio / Independent by design
A point of view.
A way of working.
A creative technology studio where design and development move together, from the first question to the experience people use.
The founder
I’m Kareem.
Let’s make it real.
I bring design and development together to turn ideas into useful digital experiences.
My work spans websites, apps, health and wellness platforms, business systems, and the brand experiences around them. I’m interested in how the parts connect: what the visitor sees, what the user needs, and what happens behind the screen.
You work directly with me as the idea becomes a brief, a design, and a working product. My role is to help clarify the right questions, make the important decisions visible, and carry the work through to a considered result.
Start a conversationPrinciples of the practice
Considered in concept.
Useful in practice.
Understand before building.
Start with the audience, the challenge, and the desired outcome. The technology follows the purpose.
Make the pieces belong.
The identity, interface, content, and workflow should support the same experience.
Think beyond the first screen.
Consider everyday use, the handover, and the next useful improvement as part of the work.
A connected practice
From your first idea
to what comes next.
A new venture might need a brand and a website. A growing service might need bookings, a client portal, and a clearer internal workflow. An existing app might need a more thoughtful experience.
We define what belongs in the project, what should come first, and how the parts will work together.
